For most patients, regular visits should occur at least once every six months. During your checkup, we’ll perform a detailed exam of your teeth, gums, and other important areas of your mouth. You’ll also receive a dental cleaning with time permitting from one of our trained hygienists. If you are currently receiving gum therapy, you may need to start coming in every three to four months instead so we can monitor your gum health.
There are many ways you can replace teeth, but one of the most common methods we recommend is a dental bridge. Whether you’re missing a single tooth or several consecutive teeth, you can replace it with a series of crowns fused together (bridge) or a dedicated dental implant (through oral surgery.)
Yes! Each dental implant is customized to fit inside your jaw exactly, then integrate over several months. Once fully healed, a permanent restoration can be placed on top and make your smile complete.
If you are tired of using a denture, you may find implant-retained dentures to be a desirable option. This treatment combines six or more dental implants with a fully customized prosthetic. However, patients may also want to consider All-on-4 treatment, which uses only four dental implants and let’s you walk out of the office with a brand-new smile the same day of surgery.
Yes! We have a highly trained oral surgeon with many years of dental experience. While he can place dental implants to replace teeth, he can also perform tooth extractions, including removal of wisdom teeth should you need to have them removed due to discomfort or to make room for other tooth replacements.
We are an insurance-friendly practice, which means we are happy to accept plans from a wide variety of dental providers. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance plan, we encourage you to give us a call directly. We’re happy to break down your coverage with you directly.
Our office is happy to accept cash payments as well as major credit cards, but we understand that some patients need additional assistance when covering their dental care costs. Third-party financing with CareCredit and our in-house savings plan are both great affordable options.
